At IJRM-SSS, AI-assisted research is submitted with a full account of its AI workflow and code, and a data availability statement from the first submission, to support reproducibility and discovery. Raw data are deposited in a trusted repository or held under controlled access where data-use terms allow, never uploaded to the journal as patient-level records. Rights stay with the data holders.
Why three sections
Most journals publish one phase of care. This one publishes the continuum.
Screening
Risk models, imaging strategy, interval selection, harms of over-detection, and the immune signatures that precede clinical disease.
Surveillance
Response assessment, minimal residual disease, longitudinal immune monitoring, and distinguishing treatment effect from recurrence.
Survivorship
Late immune effects, second malignancy, cardiovascular and cognitive sequelae, and long-horizon patient-reported outcomes.

No subscription, no per-article charge, no APC. Funded by corpus licensing, philanthropy, and Institute consultancy.
Editorial independence
The Editor-in-Chief holds full authority over manuscript decisions. Submissions from the Institute's own leadership are handled externally.
Authors retain copyright
The journal takes a licence to publish, not an assignment. Corpus licensing carries an explicit opt-out that cannot affect the editorial decision.
